Benny Belvin

Forensics was the inspiration for many of the activities I am involved with today. When I competed for the first time, it was exhilarating being able to develop my skills in speech communication, conveying a topic I believe in so much, and captivating the listeners and judges who heard my debut. From the experience I learned the importance of commitment, working in a team, being able to communicate effectively my ideas to a variety of groups and people, and the belief that I can achieve great things. I am thankful for what I've gained from being a part of forensics. It is my hope students have the best experience that they can have in forensics.

Me: I like going fast. I used to street race and I own a motorcycle that doesn't run.
I like sugar. Chocolate and soda are such wonderful things.
I like bad language. I use dirty words and make euphamisms aplenty.
I like being random. Did you know that guns are awesome?
I like forensics. It's a chance to meet awesome people from other schools, improve your speaking skills, and be exposed to cool new ideas and literature.
Are you an alumni or were involved with the team in another way? Well, as you can see this page needs more... We would like alumni to say something about themselves, such as how many years they were in forensics, what they're doing now, how forensics has helped them, and anything else they deem important. Please email us if you were a past member of the team and would like to say something about yourself.
