Symbols

Our mascot is the turtle

The sorority colors are Old Rose and Nile Green, the flower is the pink Killarney rose.

The sorority emblem is the Roman lamp, its official jewel is the diamond.

The mascot is a turtle because every Delta Zeta knows that the turtle has a secret which makes her most successful in any endeavor.  We share the secret with the turtle, and that is very special to us.  She does not achieve unless she sticks her neck out!

Delta Zeta's quarterly magazine is called THE LAMP OF DELTA ZETA.
