End of the Year Picnic
April 27th, 2004

The end of the year picnic was a lot of fun.  We met at Starin Park for a cookout.
Secretly, we had planned a baby shower for Dr. Asala, and a going-away
party for Mary Onsrud, the Chemistry Department Secretary.  Dr. Asala had her
baby on April 26th, 2004 (Brianna) and was unable to come, but we still surprised
Mary!  Professors and a lot of members showed up.  It was a really fun time and a great
way to celebrate the end of the semester!
