Kristin Augustine
I'm also known as Mouse (squeak squeak). I pledged Tau Phi Lambda in the Fall of 1991. My pledge sisters were Sarah Steeno, Carrie Moehr, Sheri James, and Jennifer Pepper, and my Big Sister was Jenny Barrett. I graduated with a BS in May 1994, with a major in Psychology and a minor in Spanish, and again in 1995 with a MSE in School Psychology, finishing the program in 1996. I'm still working at my first job as a School Psychologist at Keshena Primary School (K-5) in the Menominee Indian School District, and am living in Shawano (45 min. NW of Green Bay). During the summer, I teach Beginning Spanish in summer school to children in grades 1-5. I stay active in music by playing my flute in the Shawano Community Band, and have played for a few weddings (Jenny Barrett's and Carrie Moehr's were two). Other activites include bike riding, rollerblading, basketweaving, traveling to visit friends, and playing with my hamster Molly ;) I also love snowmobiling, boating, and just being in the sun!

Jane Hammer
I pledged in Spring of 1996 (that would be the Phi IV pledge class) along with Lisa (Busch) Cross, Jeni Bradley and Julie Bain. My most memorable Tau Phi memory was when we went on a pledge class outing. Let's see...I never graduated from Whitewater cuz I ran outta money, so I ended up withdrawing from school and continuing my education at WCTC and got a one year tech diploma as an instructional assistant for special ed. kiddos. I worked for two years doing that then last year I quit, and became a nanny which is what I'm currently doing. I love my little girls (Olivia is 6 and Grace is almost 2). I go to school at night (finishing my general study type stuff) and will continue on into the college of ed. to finish my degree either at UW-Milwaukee or the University of Anchorage in Alaska! That's my new found love and will move there HOPEFULLY next year! We'll see...it's honestly the most beautiful place on earth! In my spare time...hmmm, with what spare time I have, I can usually be found hanging out in Lake Geneva with my friend (yes, just friend) John and his black lab, Hank. We are often found just hanging out taking walks with Hank or fishing. We just got back from Alaska though, which was pretty exciting! :)
Heather (Harken) Evans
I grew up in Pewaukee, WI and went to high school at Kettle Moraine.
In fall of 1994, I pledged with Andrea Krueger, Heather Brinkman, Jennifer Halcsik, and Joanna Spragia. I served Tau Phi as Secretary, Homecoming Chair, and Historian. During my last year at UWW, I gave my lavaliere to my now husband, Neil Evans.
I graduated UWW with a BSE in Mathematics in 1999. I taught math at Waterford Union High School and Hamilton School (Sussex) before getting my Master's in Education from Stritch. I now teach developmental math courses at Carroll College in Waukesha and absolutely love my job.
Neil and I married in 2001 and had our first daughter, Savannah Harken Evans, in October of 2006. She is truly the love of our lives and an angel. We live in Hartland, not far from our families. il and I married in 2001 and had our first daughter, Savannah Harken Evans, in October of 2006. She is truly the love of our lives and an angel. I pledged in Spring 1998 as a member of Lambda V with Jackie Kessler and Cari Holmes. While active in Tau Phi Lambda, I was Webmaster and Historian. I went alumni in Spring of 2000, when I transferred to UW-Platteville. I just recently joined Sigma Alpha Iota International Music Fraternity, where I am the Editor (Webmaster and Historian in one). I am majoring in Choral Music Education & American Music History. Graduation? What's that? Sometime soon, I hope. I play percussion, piano, and trumpet(badly!), and I love to sing as well. My worst Tau Phi moment was an outing before the 3 week vote with Sabrina in the back of my car whining and Cari about to b-slap her! My best Tau Phi memory was a group outing with the Tau Phi and Phi Mu pledge classes (Spring '98) in the Shaggin' Wagon. My favorite part of being a Tau Phi is the instant sisterhood and being friends for life. My fave lil lil sis is Angie. :)

I grew up and spend most of my childhood in Milwaukee. My two best friends Michelle, a girl down the street, and my grandpa took up most of my time with fun activities like tag and trips to Ben Franklin. We moved to Michigan when I was 11 years old. I haven't talked to Michelle since and my grandpa passed away the year before (I still really miss him). But now, since I moved back to Wisconsin, (when I was 13) I have been blessed with many friends, most here at Whitewater (many I call my sisters). My life ambition is to become the controller of GE, GM, or Microsoft, and I am well on my way. I will let you know if I make it. With the support of my family, friends, and siters, I have no doubts.
